  4. is l-citrulline malate beneficial enough for what its supposed to do? supposedly it is supposed to increase nitric oxide levels and help reduce fatigue, but is it exactly worth it. I know in order to actually benefit from it your supposed to have at least 5,000 mg of a 2 l citrulline :1 malate ratio

    re: vitiman D – Virtuallly everyone in Colorado is advised to partake. The sun here is so intense, you risk skin cancers by going out without screen. Also anyone obese has a harder time getting Vit D. I take 2000 units a day, but at first i was on a 50,000 daily dose for 2 weeks, to try to balance it up.
