A Complete Cellular Optimization Stack in One Capsule

If you want to support healthier aging from the inside out, this formula targets the three biggest drivers of decline: falling NAD+ levels, senescent “zombie” cell buildup, and reduced autophagy.

Each capsule combines Nicotinamide Riboside + Apigenin + Ubiquinol for energy and mitochondrial support, Spermidine for cellular renewal, and Quercetin + Luteolin for senolytic defense.

Instead of single-ingredient supplements, this stack works across multiple aging pathways at once to support energy, resilience, and long-term health.

Electrolyte powders are everywhere right now, but do you actually need them? In this video, I break down what electrolytes really are, how they work in the body, and when they genuinely make a difference for hydration, performance, and recovery. We’ll look at why sodium is the key driver of real hydration, why many popular electrolyte drinks are underdosed or loaded with sugar, and how to spot a formula that actually makes sense from a physiological standpoint. I’ll also go through specific examples like Liquid IV and compare them to more balanced formulations so you can understand what you’re really getting. If you train hard, sweat a lot, or follow a low-carb diet, electrolytes can be useful. But for most people, they’re often unnecessary and heavily marketed.
